Return & Exchange Policy

Our refund and return/exchange policy applies only in cases where customers receive a parcel with missing or damaged items.

To initiate a refund or exchange, please provide a video of the parcel being opened, ensuring that the seal of the flyer is clearly visible.

And issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, and the product must be returned within 3 days.

Returns are only accepted for unopened products. We do not accept returns or refunds for items that have been used, tested, or opened.

Change of mind is not applicable for returns or exchanges.

We do not accept claims regarding our dupe products, as it is clearly stated in our About Us that we sell dupes and original factory leftovers.

If you request a refund and need to return the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges throughout the exchange or replacement process.
